These terms govern your use of getbisonnutrition.com and any purchase from Bison Nutrition LLC ("Bison," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Our store runs on Shopify.
1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to buy our products.
2. Products and health information. Our products are dietary supplements. The statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Content on this site is for general information, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before use if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, take medication, or have been told to limit sodium. Follow the label directions and don't exceed the recommended serving. Individual results vary.
3. Orders and pricing. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud or a stock issue, and will refund you in full if we do. Automatic discounts (such as multi-tub savings) apply as shown at checkout.
4. Subscriptions (auto-renewal). When you choose Subscribe & Save, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the subscription price, plus any applicable tax, on the schedule you select (every 1, 2 or 3 months), until you cancel. We'll email a reminder before each renewal. You can skip, reschedule, change quantity or cancel any time from your account or by emailing info@getbisonnutrition.com, and cancellation takes effect for the next unprocessed order. We may change subscription pricing with at least 14 days' notice by email, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
5. Shipping and returns. See our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.
6. Accounts. You're responsible for keeping your account login secure and for activity under your account.
7. Site content. All text, images, logos and designs on this site belong to Bison Nutrition or its licensors. You may not copy or use them without written permission.
8. Disclaimer. The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Bison Nutrition is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Tarrant County, Texas.
11. Changes. We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept it.
