Subscribe & Save cancellation policy

Subscribe & Save orders renew automatically at 20% off on the schedule you choose (every 1, 2 or 3 months) and are charged to your saved payment method until you cancel. We email a reminder before each renewal.

You can cancel, skip a delivery, change your delivery date or change quantity at any time, with no fees and no minimum number of orders. Log in to your account and open your subscription, or email info@getbisonnutrition.com.

Cancellations made before a renewal is charged stop that order and all future orders. Orders already charged aren't refunded by cancelling, but if a renewal charges and you meant to cancel, email us within 7 days of the charge and before the order ships, and we'll cancel and refund it.
